Our chief promoter and career mentor Vijay Sonawane is a post graduate in counseling psychology and an advance certificate in career counseling and guidance. He has guided thousands of students and individuals to choose the right career option through a systematic career guidance process.
His passion, industry experience, and ongoing research in the field of career, employability, and education bring excellent value on the table while dealing with the complex process of choosing the right career. He closely works with various school and colleges as facilitators and consultant.
He runs few flagship teachers/faculty development programs like “multiple intelligence in the classroom”, “developing emotionally competent teachers”, “21st Century Teachers”, “Social-Emotional Development for students”, “mindfulness”, and “leadership development program for teachers”. He holds many national and international certification in the field of emotional intelligence, rational emotive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and coaching.
